The Multi-FAMILY zone was created to address these questions, along with a host of questions from the Jake and Gino community.
In this week’s episode, Julia & Gino interview Neil Schoepp, A Jake & Gino community member, who attributes his success to joining the community and immersing himself in personal development and life coaching. Neil joined MFI Holding, and
as part of the underwriting team, Neil does more than add numbers. With a passion for real estate investing, Neil analyzes deals with meticulous attention to details. He can often be found at seminars and conferences where he stretches his knowledge of the latest trends.

Realizing his desire to continue to serve the community after retirement, Neil went on to co-found the largest preschool in his county and created a Real Estate Group where he teaches others about the magic of investing.
