On this episode, Mike is with Tim Kelly. Tim is a Real Estate Investor & Educator, a Best-Selling Author, Speaker, and served in the US Navy for 15 years of service. He is the VP of education and co-owner of the platform Active-Duty Passive Income (ADPI) which helps active, veteran, reserve, and other military affiliated personnel realize their financial freedom goals through real estate investing. Tim started Real Estate Investing with Single Family homes in 2011 and since then acquired 1,200 units.Tim’s journey in helping fellow military members started in 2018. He shared his story in Biggerpockets of investing while serving in the Navy. His story caught the attention of the founding members of (ADPI) and reached out to Tim. Tim saw that ADPI’s goals were aligned with his. Shortly thereafter, Tim joined the community and help it grow to where it is today.
